Bay Area-based jazz vocalist Emy Tseng has captivated audiences and critics alike with her "relaxed singing style", "clear voice" and "intelligent" renditions of jazz and Brazilian music. Emy has performed extensively in New York, DC, Boston and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Her debut album Sonho ("Dream" in Portuguese) earned rave reviews from national jazz critics and reached #23 on the CMJ Jazz chart. Emy is currently studying vocal jazz performance at the California Jazz Conservatory and is working on the release of her second album called Love Fool, an eclectic collection of jazz arrangements of 80s/90s pop hits.
